I cannot see photos that I post but others can?

I cannot see photos that I post but others can?

I get Error 1005 nor do I get the tool bar that is supposed to be a the top of each post before it is sent.
Could that error be the cause?

I am not sure how many times i can tell you this, DISABLE YOUR VPN.

Sorry but I am not sure what a VPN is. I guess it stands for Virtual Private Network. Where it is controlled from is unknown to me.
I can post and see photos in all other programs, I am confused but will try again, FB is boring.

I have found the VPN settings but it will not let me disable it, it says some other program will not let it be disabled.
It is McAfee VPN.

I played around as suggested on some web site and now I have the photos back.
But no toolbar on the reply screen or the New Post screen.

I spoke too soon, the photos have disappeared again.
I can only load them as attachments.

These are two of the best Crossfire photos on this site to my thinking.

As you can see the problem looks to be resolved somehow, until when I cannot say.

My favourite photo on the site, the background is eye catching and the car is like mine.
