Just wanted to inform all of you of a meet up in the near future.

The meet up has evolved from a small gathering to hand out some videos that I am putting together from the Oak Creek run. It has now turned into a "premiere party" of sorts.

The meet up is going to be on Saturday December 9th in the early evening.

As of right now, we have a room reserved at the Half Moon Sports Grill near the Biltmore in Phoenix.

Here is a quote from member Roncosrt6, the XFire owner that is setting up the venue...

I believe I found a location for our premier.
It will be at the Half Moon Sports Grill. Biltmore Area.
They have a private room for us with a 60" screen.
It will be from 4-7 pm on the 9th of December.
It is at 20st and Highland. Right off 51..

A couple of catches
< They do expect us to eat and have beverages.
< They prefer one check.
< We must be out by 7 pm. Room is rented to another group.
