I'm definitely in. How about we shoot for the 4th row or so in - if you've never been there you'll immediately see what I mean when you arrive. I should get there a bit before 7:00AM
well I just got off work... had some major problems with a project we are doing and they had to be done before today. and seeing as how id have to leave in about 2 hours, im not gonna be able o make it.

i was there although my car was sitting in the spectator parking (i arrived a few minutes after 7am and it was already packed). i met mike-in-orange, erikson, and saw z28toxfire's car in the distance. so, we'll give it another shot next weekend. we'll have to meet across the street at around 6:40-6:45am and we can enter together.
the place is crazy cool
. i'll be there again next sat. and, the breakfast grill is pretty good.

The weather forecast for the next few days has changed dramatically....for the better. I'll be there provided the roads are dry and the threat of rain is very low.
Bummer is I had an appointment to have my Eibachs installed but cancelled it because it was raining that day. Yeah, yeah, call me a crybaby whiner but my Crossfire is a weekend toy and it will NEVER see rain. Unless it peeks through the windows in the garage door.

haha thats funny because I'm supposed to have my Eibacks and Brabus shocks install this Saturday at the local Brabus dlr by me if they get the parts on Friday so i wont make it this Saturday
.
I'm interested in going but the latest weather forecast predicts rain Fri in San Diego. Since my car is a daily driver this means it will be spotted and dirty for Sat and I'm not thrilled with showing off a mess. Guess I'll just wait and see how the weather pans out.
Cleaning the car up Sat morning is not an option since I'd have to get up early enough as it is to make it to Irving by 6:45. Now if I drove as fast as Eganders does (yes, Eganders, this is a friendly dig at you!) I could leave San Diego at 6:30 and still make it in time.

Yes, the weather is sort of changing by the minute around here with a strong chance of rain both Friday and Sunday so who knows what Saturday will really hold. I'll most likely make a final judgment call Friday afternoon. Good news is that after Sunday we appear to have almost zero chance of rain for the next week - nice sunny skies with temps in the upper 60s.
I'm going to pass on showing up tomorrow. Had to work late and just don't want to spend the evening cleaning up the car in the cold, only to have it get dirty on the drive to Irving anyway. For once the weather forecast was accurate - the rain was predicted to let up by early afternoon and wonder of wonders, it did.
