AZ Crossfire Meet!
Was wondering if anyone was interested in arranging a meeting of AZ Crossfires, or any others in the southwest? There is a car show every Saturday at the PAVILLIONS shopping center located at the Loop 101 and the Indian Bend exit. I attend the car show frequently and have never seen a Crossfire there before....EVER! I think it would be awesome if we can establish a few members who are interested in meeting up and putting on a show (which basically means all parking in a row, established for Chrylsers). The Car show starts at like 10:00a.m. and goes till like 9:00p.m. So we can arrange a meeting at the show at anytime during the day or night.
Even if you are not interested in attending with your Crossfire, I urge you to check it out sometime. If anyone is interested in going or setting up a plan, please contact me, I am usually flexible on Saturdays.
Thanks Everyone!

Thanks roncosrt6! I have emailed the group leader to confim my presence at the gathering. I am located in North Scottsdale. Can't wait till the 16th! See you then. By the way, do you happen to know the average age of people attending, or Crossfire owners in AZ? I am 25 and was wonddering if there would be anybody in that age bracket. Anyways, see you then and thanks for the invite.

Grant, the majority are 40 to 50.. We do have a few new members. I believe they are younger. We have been meeting for years. It is a product of how expensive these cars were when new.
This group is just great. We expect more younger owners to join, affordibility. Don't let the age scare you. What matters is we all love our cars. I was a bit hesitant on the first hook-up with people I didn't know.
You will feel right at home.
BTW - The Pavillions is fun. We all meet there a couple of years ago. I think at that time about 6 XF's went.

Grant, I'm waiting for meet time at Starbucks also.
Have you gone to http://www.crossfirecommunity.net/
yet. I guess you have if you emailed Connie. It is up to you if
you want it to be an all day event. Many times I have something else
going on so I will take off. It's about a 2hr drive to the lake. So if we get going at about 9 or 10, we will be at lunch by noon. On the 16th, instead of heading back to Phoenix, heading up to Pinetop. Many times they will all
hang out for dinner. If you are having a blast, go with the flow.
If you have someting going on, say bye and take off. Very informal.
Grant do you have a co-pilot?? We usually travel with walkie talkies...
John even made a movie of the Oakcreek Run. It's on youtube in three parts.
Crossfire - Oakcreek run. Check it out. The teaser is good also. A littel dancing in the XF's
