BRAKE light on & Beeping

BRAKE light on & Beeping
I just got my car washed. They pulled it out and dried it off. I went and started it up and drove off. The BRAKE light stayed on and the beeping noise would not stop...the whole 15 min drive home. I made sure that my emergency brake wasn't engaged.
Anyone know what would be causing this?

I now recall the fluid (looks like a oil can?) going on a few times in the past week. Could I need more brake fluid?
