Lug Bolts, Nuts, Screws... help needed
I don't know exactly what the screws for the wheels are called, but I do know there are 5 of them for each wheel... I recently purchased new wheels for the SRT-6...
Stock ///// New Rims
18 x 7.5///// 18 x 7.5
35mm //// 29mm Offset
19 x 9 //// 19 x 9
22mm //// 37mm Offset
From this information I have gathered that I would need 20mm spacer for the rear for the rims to be pushed out 5mm in the rear and the front will be pushed out 6mm without spacers.. so my question is it apears that I will also need new "screws" what size would I need and where can I purchase them? any suggestions?

I would seriously check with a local tire franchise.
They have the equipment supplies and experience to do the job correctly producing a safe result.
You will probably choose to get the tires balanced anyway, so while the wheels are off they can knock out the studs and replace them with the new.
Good luck

http://www.ezaccessory.com/Lug_Bolts_s/20.htm
I had to trim out the inside of the front spacers a little to get them to fit over the front spindle housing.
And one other thing I forgot to mention is the center bore of the wheel OEM is 66.xx mm, most wheels in our bolt pattern are the 66.xx mm or 73.xx mm, if you have the 73's you'll need some hub centric rings too.
