got any specs for us (size, width, bolt pattern, offset), a link to a website selling them...... anything?

Well our bolt pattern is the common euro 5X112 so the next thing you need is the offset. The website you linked doesn't contain any offset info but it doesn't look too drastic from the pictures. I'm not sure how well 19" rims work on the front. Ask around the forum and you might get a better answer.
