Default ebc VS. posi-quiet

HI I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING BRAKE PADS AND IT SEEMS THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE SET EATIER ON EBC GREEN STUFF OR POSI-QUIET CERAMIC BRAKE PADS. I DIDNT CONSIDER ROTEX BECAUSE OF THE NOISE.
I WAS WONDERING WHAT ARE THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH BRAND. I WAS LEANING TOWARDS POSI-QUIET BECAUSE ITS MADE THE SAME WAY AS OME BRAKEPADS?

I have the Posi-Quiets and love them. They seem to last forever and don't seem to wear the rotors at all with no dust. Great stopping as well. I put 20,000 miles on a set and they still looked brand new and my rotors were smooth and perfect. What more could you ask for? They have squealed backing out of my drive only a couple of times after washing the car and not driving the car right away. The pads don't seem to like any surface rust on the rotors, but this goes away instantly the first time you use the brakes.

I don't have the mileage on mine that LantanaTX has on his, but otherwise my experiences mimic his completely. Love the Posi-Quiets.

I got mine on ebay for $99 for all four corners. Installed them myself when the car had about 2,000 miles on it so I didn't bother turning the rotors. Not a single issue since then and brake dust is almost non existant. Great stuff.

I have read nothing but good things about Rotex Golds. Are they really noisy?

I also got the same deal on Ebay and did all four corners for the price of just Rotex fronts. I have 40K miles and the rotors didn't look great. I didn't turn them but after a while the rotors were smooth like brand new and within the min thickness!

The Rotex's have been excellent on the SRT. No squeaking, grinding, etc. No complaints here, Inferno!!

Question: may I assume that I should choose the SLK32 model of posi-quiets for the set that fits the SRT6?
Thanks for your advice!

That is correct SLK32 and SRT-6 are exactly the same brakes.

FYI... Reds are a very loud pad when they are cold because of the material compound.Get the pad over 150deg and the squeal goes away.

Thanks for the info, was considering red and just bought disc italia ceramic pads and cross drilled / slotted disc italia rotors

Hope they run as well as they should, now onto SS lines and racing DOT fluid.

Nice, great choice.... I never thought SS lines would make a big difference but they do.
