Angry Tyre Fitters!!!

Well i decided to get some new rear tyres (Falken fk452 255/30/20) for the xfire as the car was due an mot.Fitter came to my place of work so i let him do his thing, paid and of he went. When i put the locking wheel nut back in the car i noticed both wheels were scraped and peeling paint all around the rim.So as you can amagine i was not too happy. These wheels are the brabus monoblock v split rims and i only paid for a full refurb 11 months ago.Anyway, when i got home i had another look and noticed one of my metal valve caps was also missing so i contacted them that night. After a few emails and an inspection i was told they had not used any rim protectors when clamping the wheel.Thankfully they have admitted liability and i am waiting for a cheque for the £300 damage they have caused. So i thought everything had been sorted and then this morning i got to work and one of the tyres was dead flat.It turns out that the tyre has not been seated correctly and there is a leak between the tyre and rim.Another phone call and i have been waiting a whole day for them to fix it.
THEY HAD BETTER TURN UP TOMORROW!!!

Are you sure that those wheels and tires weren't sub-contracted to the gorilla cage at your local zoo?

UPDATE, Had fitter round today to look at flat tyre.Turns out the original fitter put a rip in the tyre by trying to put it on the wrong way.Got to wait again for a replacement.
