Looks sweet Howard. But....... yes, you do still need the spacers. I know I promised you pics a couple of days ago. I will go out now and take some so that you can see the difference that the spacers will make. I will post them shortly.

Jim ,,No rubbing at all ,actually theres plenty of room ,but I do need to trim the stops just a tad ,nothing drastic , the camber is off about 1 degree all the way around but the adjustable arms will correct that easily enough , car rides and drives as before can't really tell any difference , maybe on the twisties tho....

I have 10mm spacers on the front and it's perfect. So many on the forum use 12mm on the rear that I decided to try. I got rubbing with 5 mm spacers on the back with my 265/35/19 tires. I don't know how they can drive with the 12's, all I know is that I can't.

I will have to look at the spacing pretty close I plan to use 10mm on the front and 15mm on the rear if theres no rubbing issues ,,,Bmorgan runs this setup with no issues ,,,,I'm hoping I can do the same .....

I have 10MM on the front and 15MM on the back with no rubbing. Here are some pics. I think that the spacers move the wheels out just enough to finish the look off nicely. Howard.... notice the difference in the close-ups of the front wheel versus yours. See how inset yours looks in your last picture compared to mine in the last two pictures. You may prefer it that way, but the spacers gave me the look I was going for.

I really like the look of yours so much better with it lowered.

Maybe the 06 is a little different. I put the 5mm on the rear and went for a drive. All seemed good until I hit a monster of a bump and heard that tire digging into the fender sound. The way I drive and the roads here made the decision to remove the spacers easy. I have -1º negative camber in the rear. With more negative camber you have more room.

Les

I see the difference now, I'm an inch lower in the back.

Yeah, I have thought about going a bit lower in the rear. The front is about perfect, but every time I look at the rear, I think about dropping it a bit more.

If you go lower the 15 mm spacers are a no go I'm afraid. Your car looks great, by the way, no need to change. hcarter's is real drool material too. You know what I read over at a MB forum? Some guys are going without any spring pad at all. Just greasing the top of the springs twice a year so they don't clank. A real surprise to me.

Howard your car looks very cool. If we make that trip to the dragon I am sure we can find out if there are any rubbing issues. Bigkid

I am looking forward to seeing the next pictures Howard. I think you will love the look with the spacers. Those center caps really pop now with the body closer to the rims. You nailed it with the center caps. It really stands out in a very classy way.

Howard, Bob -- great looking rides.

Howard I believe you're a tick lower than I am.

I measure 25 5/8" up front, and 25 7/8" in the rear from ground to top of fender arch.

Out of curiosity, what is everyone else measuring in at?

Mine are SRT springs minus one coil, and I think mine is a bit higher. Could have a lot to do with my car being the lightest Crossfire out there (coupe, N/A, 6-speed)
