Default Forgestar F14s on a Roadster

Finally getting these posted...

After learning about these on this forum, I ordered a set of Forgestar F14s from ModBargains back in December...the showed up in early January (ahead of the promised date).

Only glitch was the center caps don't fit up front. After sending a couple of pics to ModBargains explaining the problem (the stock caps are flush, but the front wheel bearing dust caps protrude), a couple of weeks went by and a custom set of center caps arrived that clear the caps. Thanks, guys!

My wife likes her new wheels...the price was nice, they're good and light, and the supplier was top notch.

I went with 18s all the way around to try to make it easier to find the tires on the local economy...still ended up having to special order the rear tires out of LA.

They look great on your roadster. What size tire are you running on the rear?

First things first, I love the Forgestars! I didn't have a problem with the center caps, perhaps mine are wider than yours? I went with 9" on the front and 10" on the rear. The only thing I don't like about them is keeping them clean but I can say that about any wheel. Congratulations on a super fine looking Roadster.

Maybe you could get matching center caps for the rear. It seems odd to have black centers for the rear, and brushed for the front. Nice looking wheels.

Andrew can hook you up with any stickers you want to keep the center caps looking alike. Squirrel Crusher

I like those wheels. Puts an extra touch of class on the car.

re: Tire sizes - 225 40ZR18 on the front, 255 40 ZR18s on the back

re: Matching center caps - yeah, they sent a set of four...I just need to pop the two of the back and have the matching set all the way around.

They seem to stay cleaner longer than the stock wheels (which makes my wife happy...and that's what it's ALL about!)

Ahhh..... Makes sense that they would send you 4 matching ones. They are very nice looking wheels.
