Default Tire size on 10.5" rim?

For those that run aftermarket 20" wheels in 10.5 inch width in the rear - What is the ideal tire size (width/side-wall) I can run without any rubbing issues? Would a 295 - 305 width tire work? I know I'd probably need to get a 25 millimeter sidewall to keep the speedometer at spec and similar diameter to the stock setup. My new rims have the same offset as the stock wheels - 22MM. My car is lowered approximately 1 inch. I'm thinking the rear fenders will need some rolling/modification. Any input/expertise/pics??? Thanks guys...
