Default Possible to change just tie-rod ends or whole assembly?

Hi everyone,
Is it possible to just change the tie-rod ends or is it a must to take the whole assembly?
Whole assembly is about 240 USD and the tie-rod ends are 25 bucks.

Since they just screw on you should be able to replace just the tie rod ends. Take a measurement of the length of the tie rod and make it the same with the new rod end..... Dont forget the loctite!!
Then have your alignment checked.

It feels like I have a bit of a front end sway when driving. Always have to parry with steeringwheel. I have hade the wheels aligned before so I guess the tie rod ends are faulty. Fairly easy to change?
