Default Rear wheel hair line crack

I have a hairline crack in one of my rear wheels. Any ideas? Could I put a tube in the tire and eliminate the TPS?

Take it to a wheel repair shop and let them have a look at it. Many can be repaired. I doubt you could find the right size tube and if you did, I wouldn't want to use a wheel that may come apart.

I agree. A cracked wheel is an acident and maybe your death waiting to happen. Get it fixed or replaced!

I had a huge crack in my rear wheel after hitting a sharp edged pot hole. Wheel Dr welded it, trued and painted for $125. Used may be in the same ball park.

There seems to be a lot of cracks in these wheels. I never hit anything and had one. Local tire shop had a guy weld it and no problem since. About 50 bucks.

you definitely want to get it welded. These rim guys are really good. I found a place about an hour away from me that can do just about anything with an aluminum wheel.
