That sounds like a super track day tire but with 8/32 tread and a 180 wear rating don't expect them to last very long. Are they DOT approved or just for racing ?

They are dot approved and are normally 369 ea. Read on corvette forum that they are using them for track and street. No more then i drive my car,

i figure i can live with the 180 tread wear for 125$

That was exactly my logic. Especially since shipping was included. I drive about 4k miles per year anyway - so it will last 3 or 4 years until the next generation of tires arrive.

With free shipping I am still temped to put a set on the shelf... I run a street tire class at the track...so, 5K is all I get anyway....if I ever get to do a season of racing...
