Car shakes when I brake
The front of my car shakes when I brake so I'm assuming it is warped rotors on the front because the back does not shake at all. Any advice? If it's the rotors, who has good deals on them? I tried searching this but could not find anything. My exhaust can wait because I'd rather have my car performing like it's still new.

CENTRIC PREMIUM BRAKE ROTORS - Centric Parts
They are available on many other websites so shop around for the best price
Also if you are buying new pads I also have had great results with Posi-Quiet ceramic brake pads

Hi chturner, Do you have an NA or an SRT6? Will you please take a moment to update your profile (see link below) so we can know a bit more about you and your Crossfire without having to ask basic questions?

Make sure that it's not something loose or broken in the front suspension or a bad alignment. The stock front rotors are vented and fairly thick, they do not easily warp.
If I lightly press the brake then it does not shake but when I put a fair amount of pressure on them they shake violently. How would you suggest I check the suspension? Will a regular mom and pop garage be able to align it or does it have to be one of the fancy laser alignments?

I PM'ed you. I'll make sure I still have my OEM rotors.
I'll go jack it up right now. Thanks again
2 things: with the wheel removed, the rotors are held in place with 1 small screw. On one side. If there is crud trapped underneath, you would never know.
I would remove the rotor (I know-you have to disassemble the calipers, bummer) and make sure it's very clean under the rotor. A .005" piece of grit will make your brakes act this way.

Why didn't I, or anyone else, suggest this? Duh!
I think I'd rather take a trip to Alabama and let Mad Max teach me how to do it
