What colour wheels for SSB?
My wheels need refurbishment and I am trying to decide whether to change the colour at the same time... I've never had anything other than silver wheels on any of my cars and do fancy something different. I just think that anthracite / black won't suit SSB...
Anyone made this change? Photos?

A few years ago on my Aero Blue Roadster I changed all the exterior silver trim to satin black and then mounted a set of satin black TSW Doningtons - it totally changed the look of the car and I love it.
Fast forward to Memorial Day Weekend this year and I added a SSB Coupe to the garage. I was asked if I was going to do the same to it but, like you, I don't think black would suit SSB as well as it does Aero Blue. I was thinking of changing everything to more of a gunmetal/dark grey as I've seen other cars with paint similar to the Crossfire SSB outfitted with graphite wheels and thought it looked great. But to my mind (and this is totally a personal thing) I think all the exterior silver trim on the car needs to change to the wheel color because there's just so dang much of it on these cars.
I've also considered a dark bronze, but again all that silver trim would then clash and I just don't think all the trim would look good in dark bronze.
So what did I do?
Nothing. It's still got stock wheels and stock silver trim everywhere!!
