Rear subframe

Default Rear subframe

If I was to drop all the rear suspension and diff to remove the rear subframe for sandblasting would the geometry of the suspension and back end be altered or go back in the correct position when reinstalled?

Maybe, but to be safe I'd have a new laser alignment done.
