Default Grease Splatter??

Soon after I wash the car, I begin to notice splatters of grease on the lower portion of the drivers side door and the lower portion of the wheel well. This never happened in the beginning. Any ideas as to where this is coming from?

Did you check to see if your brake line or caliper on the driver side is leaking?

I see that all the time on my WHITE car... Its from other cars on the street, or trucks, dropping large blobs of grease on the ground from their steering joints. It also comes from 18 wheelers who frequently use large quantities of grease to lube the trailer connection and it falls out and hits the ground. I've cleaned it off all my cars here in Memphis for many years now.
