After 5 years, my Code 3 pulley seems to be on its way out. Looking for a replacement and will eventually order a new Eurocharged pulley but thought I would check here first.

 

Have you thought of replacing the bearing first?

 

I did replace the bearing with no resolve. Now that I have it off for inspection, it seems that the springs(?) that connect the rivets to the pulley are loose. There is quite a bit of wiggle room by hand.


I still have the pulley and the brand new bearing in it if anyone wants to take it as a cheap project. $50 shipped just so I can recoup the cost of the new bearing?
