need to replace cooolant reservior
some people have drilled and then tapped threads and screwed in a brass fitting to rebuilt the port. I have seen this done a few times and they have failed long term, usually at an opportune time. it is a short term fix not a long term solution.
First I removed the nipple in the hose and saw a metal tube. I timed the broken nipple on the tank cover removed the metal tube and reinserted in the broken nipple and reinserted the tube into the other side of the nipple then epoxied around the nipple
. Drove the x fire frpm Jax to Orlando and back 400 miles but it developed a small pin hole. so I decided to buy a new one from Needswings.

that's fine. you could have went to the hardware and bought a brass fitting that would screw into the plastic with a little epoxy on the threads. less than a dollar and you can now lean on it, bang on it...no more worries about snapping it off again...
