35% tint. looks great F.A.D. (from a distance)

Note crack between attachment points above driver which are consistent with Witness account of where the bird impacted the vehicle.
 Driver also mentioned that there was a flapping noise. Right after impact 

This leads me to believe that the driver's side portion is now flapping in the wind.

Exhibit 2.
Now that the first couple mounting points have failed it placed it left this poor mounting point as the Fulcrum of a lever. It appears to have put up a valient fight but inevitably failed. The last mount didn't stand a chance. 

It is my belief that the Car and Semi are blameless for the damage
