Saying good bye
Saying good bye
Well folks, I have lurked on the boards for over two years. I have gleaned a lot of information from all of you and I thank you much.
After two years I am saying good bye to my Crossfire. It was a hard decision to make, but I am having so much trouble with it over the last couple of months that I don't want to deal with it any more.
Among the problems; interior of the dash is flaking off, had lifters replaced, windshield washers stopped working, power locks went out, and now the clutch is acting up and I don't drive it hard. I just turned 24K miles about 2 weeks ago.
I love this car like no other, but I am afraid of it now.
I am trading it in for a Charger SRT 8. It was a toss-up to go into an SRT6, but I made the decision to go to the Charger since the hubby has an SRT8 Magnum and the car has been an absolute joy.
Good luck to all. If they ever come out with the Firepower, perhaps I will see your screen names again. That is a car that I would jump at in a heart beat.
