Default '07 Motor Trend review

I just received my Sept. issue of Motor Trend. They have the new car buyer's guide in this issue, they did have a review for '07 Crossfire this is what they had to say.

BASE PRICE RANGE: $34,800 - $40,140 BODY TYPE: Hatch, Conv.
WHAT'S NEW:
Did anyone notice there were no Crossfire for 2006?
If not, they should have, as this is a well-packaged coupe and roadster.
The latter boasts more torque (229 pound-feet) than the base-model Boxster and Z4.
The 2007s have a monochromatic look for a sleeker appearance.
On the inside is new safety equipment.
DRIVER'S CHOICE: Roadster with the supercharged V-6 Think of it as a
slightly contented down and more affordable version of the Mercedes SLK.
SUM UP: HIGH STYLE. BUT NO ONE'S LOOKING 3.5 STARS.

Notice the sum up, i guess the writer hasn't been out much with one it seems everyone notices when on the road.

I think they meant no one is looking to buy, and you got the stars wrong it's 2.5.

I know what they meant. I think the marketing for the crossfire sucked just about none and you're right it is 2.5 stars.

There wasn't a picture, was there? If not, does anyone have an idea of what the '07 will look like? Similarities to '05? Thanks!

I just saw the review too while waiting in the vet's office. Disappointing but the way I see it its their loss, I love my Crossfire. It still get the looks, its still unique, even more so than some of the more expensive luxury sports cars which seem to be a dime a dozen around here.

I'm sure it won't look any different than what we're driving. Maybe a new color or something like that but they're not investing one more dime in these cars than they have too if they're gone in a year.
