kind of reminds me of those ricer hondas, the srt badging of a non srt car, is very similar to their "type-r". the "splitter" that could be used to grill on, the electric supercharger, spark plugs, diamond plate floor mats, the sweet decals and best of all the custom glue on dash kit...no offense but did you really purchase the right car, looks like you wanted something with a H on it.

and the claim of 300+ bhp -- seriously.

No I don't mean to treat it like a Honda. What happed was that I applied at carsponsorships.com a while back and got it. So I have 21 sponsors from XM radio to vertical doors, some things are free but mostly everything is near their cost to buy. I mean to go to car shows and maybe HIN (Hot import night). In addition, a little racing wouldn't hurt.

PSU,
You definitely get points for trying. More than I can say for myself, but since you've put it out there for us to see, I'll have to comment. First, if you are going to effectively sport a splitter, you should probably consider having a true damn (don't know where you get that for the xf) on the car. The purpose of the splitter is to reduce lift. you will not succeed with the splitter sitting so high above the ground.

If you are going for looks, then the performance effects are not really that important, but (in my sensibilities) why put it on the car?

Also, I'm not sure about the diamond plate in an xf interior. I could see that in my Dakota (maybe) but from an aesthetic perspective it's a bit of a clash with the "coolness" of the design.

I would also comment that the helmet on your website has nothing to do with f1 nor Michael (he retired yesterday) Schumacher. It is a red motorcycle helmet with a Vodafone logo (Ferrari sponsor) . Michael's helmet has changed since he began racing, but the one you show is not it. I'm posting his 2005 helmet for consideration. He has lost the german flag colors and blue top, seen on his early helmets, but there is significant design elements that make his head gear more than a red helmet with sponsor logo's. Sorry, I'm an avid f1 fan, so this piques just a bit. No offense.

As I said before, I appreciate your endeavors, keep it up, but lets keep the info correct.

honda accord

read through the following if you don't think this is rice please read the following article *primarily the "Characteristics" and "Identity crisis" sections:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rice_burner

here's your dream interior.

Nice site and even nicer car. One thing missing IMO is a nice carbon fiber shift ****. Check out the one on my car in my gallery.

Why so harsh fellas?
I like the efforts I like the site you have and although some ideas seam a little clashed there is good stuff on the site also...
The only thing is i think the bra is a little deteriorating.
And you guys keep demanding the Dyno well sure the car will not get the 323 HP claimed but i am sure with those upgrades 290-305 is reasonable.

I agree, I didn't mean it to be offensive at all. He's trying...that's good. I think that there is some value in comments and, certainly, in accuracy of information.

That's all.

psuperti... some mods or changes may or may not be to others likings... but it really comes down to the fact... its your car and you like it... and you enjoy it... that's what matters imo.

cheers ~

I like how you show all the pics of your car, but then you show a under hood shot of a MB with the nx on it and not yours.
Yeah you have switches drilled into your console and ash tray that you say is nx, but for all we know, that probably just turns on your neon lights.
Do you have any pictures of your nx under the hood, hooked up?

You claim these high estimated HP numbers, so lets see some track times or real HP numbers on a dyno to back it up.
