Smile Center Caps for my new wheels

I just bought this 3 pc set Carlsson style wheels (jpeg attached) for my Crossfire. They come with Mercedes emblem center caps though. Any idea where I can find generic or brand name center caps (chrome or polished preferred) for this set? I was told my the dealer that it is possible to simply remove the Mercedes star from the face of the center caps. Anyway, any ideas would be appreciated.

Krissysdaddy.

Is the center cover flat? If so, I wonder if you could use Andrew's Crossfire emblems. Here's a site that specializes in center caps. I bought blank caps from them for my Armada.

Otis Inc. Email them at: sales@OtisIncLA.com

sorry to jack the thread but those look very nice.
can you share the location of where you made the purchase and how much it cost because if those came in a chrome cover for a reasonable price I would love to make that purchase.

thanks in advance.

and about the center caps? why not mercedes? our car is as much mercedes as chrysler and it is hard to pass by those three triangles without smiling.

The were purchased on ebay for a indisclosed price. Less than $1300 though, including shipping. Highline Wheels sells these and currently are starting the bid at $1395. Go to ebay and search for "Black Mercedes Wheels". I know you'll will find them there.

So tell me. Since we technically do drive a Mercedes, should I leave the Mercedez center cap on or do you feel the search for a Chrysler or generic brand will look better?

Dont be too shy with your opinions.

Thanks, KD

Those are hot rims.... don’t confuse people if you want them to think its a Mercedes Benz go for it, if you want to love the car as a Chrysler go with Andrews emblems. I love the idea of having the Mercedes Benz emblems but when I tell people about my car and then pop the hood, they see the built by Mercedes emblem and look at me like I slapped it on there to make my car something its not. Half the time I hate explaining to them how it works. It’s better to just let them think it’s an exotic from Chrysler that they never will be able to afford.

I'm very happy with the MB "parts" of our cars but, I don't think you should leave the MB star on the wheels. I have debadged my XF and put Andrews emblems on my car and I think it's kind of funny when people have no idea who built the Crossfire. LOL.
Just my 2 cents.

I like your point. I actually would prefer to use the OEM or aftermarket caps. Thanks!

I'm still running the stock wheels but I have the emblems from Andrew on them. They look good and are holding up very well. I do like those wheels you bought. They look sharp.

Thumbs up Re: Center Caps for my new wheels

THAT IS ONE OF THE BEST LOOKIN' RIMS I'VE EVER SEEN.

BTW, just leave the Benz logo, its really not out of place on our car!

Hey Andrew, I don't know if you are good with photoshop, but do you think you could possibly provide a picture of my rims with (1) silver coupe background and (1) black coupe background? If its too much to ask for, I understand. I love the decals though. Is the full set of (9) $35?

I don't know, but i honestly belive that this car is more mercedes than it is a Chrysler and making your car look something its not does not really apply here.

I would proudly drive with eaither logo, but not both. If those rims said chrysler I would drive with em that way, but since i find the chrysler logo not so great looking I sometimes would rather cover it up with an aftermarket sticker like I did with andrews decals

Put it this way... If your father is German and mother is American.. (crossfire) i think it is okay to say you are either american or german.. because you are not lying... now if u said ur French that would be something you are not... similarly to how many 300c owners put the bentley emblems on their cars.. now thats a little misleading

as for your choice on the center caps... I think those Mercedes ones look really nice, but if u do not belive your car is a mercedes you can try messaging cyril baldwin and asking where he got his done .. or purchasing andrew's decals.. both are great I think
take a look https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ad.php?t=12737
I think those are very nice also

one more time I like to say that those rims are beautiful... if only my crossfire was white or black, but the black just dosen't go well with the graphite... do you if by any chance they come in.. chrome instead of Black?
