Default Crossfire Block Heater kit.

Canadian Crossfires came with the block heater installed, but the cable was not supplied, at least mine was not. I would think that cars delivered in the Northern States came with a heater assembly as well.

In this photo you can see the block heater assembly, consisting of, a 'Y' elbow, the heater (the brass part with the red mark on it) and the removable cap that covers the heater terminals where the heater cable plugs into.

Here is the the heater and the heater cable, do not buy these from Chrysler as they will cost you a small fortune. Try a Mercedes dealer. They can be found on line for much less. The 'Y' elbow is not shown.
I'll add part numbers when I find them.

Rudy (rcompart) listed a kit that appears to be different from this kit, it is sold for about $300 at the Mercedes dealers. It is bolted to the water pump somehow.
I have listed that kit below.
A 112 203 00 61 - Cooling-Water Preheater Housing
A 606 200 00 96 - Preheater
A 000 159 29 32 - Preheater Connecting Cable
A 006 997 75 48 - Seal Ring
A 210 501 53 82 - Hose Water Pump Heater Unit
A 202 501 69 82 - Hose Between Water Pump Heater Unit And Radiator Bottom
N 000000 002775 - Clamp Water Pump Heater Unit (qty. 2)
N 000000 001117 - Hexalobular Bolt Housing To Timing Case Cover M6X23 (qty. 2) This bolt could be a simple hex bolt of the same size I assume.

So are you saying all you need to buy is the cord? If so did you get it from the Chrysler dealer or somewhere else?

If you look at the heater in the picture above there is a black plastic cover near the red paint mark, I think if that cover is removed then you should see where the cable plugs in. I never looked at my NA block heater too closely and my SRT is a US spec car without the heater. I am not sure if the cap unscrews or snaps off.

How does this cap come off. Is it snapped or screwed on?
