That is Vern Troyer's (Mini-Me from Austin Powers) car. I saw it at NAIAS in January at the DUB exhibit in the basement.

Nice, what size are they 20" or are they 21" in the rear? What is the brand?? Lowenhart?

This car didn't have any special seating to accommodate his small stature. It may not have been his. I've seen another crossfire similar to this in one of DUB's booths at an earlier show in LA.
