Guys, just wanted to let you know of our offerings at the CAA event!

We are planning to roll in sunday night and have everything ready to go by 9:00am on monday.
We will also be there on tuesday if needed with the dyno or if requested can follow the crew to do flashes (non dyno) at the track to prove we always beat the competition at the track.

Dyno Runs at the event -$50

Tuning at the event - $400 (N/A or SRT6)

- Side note: we have been working on a N/A tuning file for several months that is amazing! It really wakes up the car.

Custom tuning - $100 per hour in addition to the $50 dyno cost. Most custom tunes are completed within an hour

If you are going to want the dyano tuning you must reserve you tune with Eurocharged ASAP.
They must have ten orders and currently only have four on the books.
I had been given commitments for seven, including one for me, but we need you to register on their site and place an order.

I'm one of the four! I would hope we would be getting some of the MB & BMW folks to jump on this as well.

Come on XF folks, let's get this going, I would think we should easily have enough to make it worth while for Eurocharged to make this trip down from Chi-town.

Just to clear some confusion regarding dyno runs and tuning:

To hold a spot on the dyno or to get tuned we need to have you go to the website and pre-order!

We will be there monday and tuesday at francs shop previously posted.

This will guarantee your spot on the dyno. In the notes section place the approximate time and day you would like to be scheduled. We will try our best to accommodate.
Now on to tuning:

You have 3 options on tuning

1- standard flash tune off the dyno
2- standard flash tune off the dyno and addition dyno runs
3- custom flash tuning done on the dyno for your particular car

Standard tune, tune is still car and mod specific but not customized for your invividual car on the dyno: (all cars perform differently)
Price: $400

Standard tune with a dyno run, tune is still car and mod specific but not customized for your individual car on the dyno: (all cars perform differently) This includes a dyno session with 3 runs and air fuel. The tune will not be changed on the dyno.
Price: $450

Custom Tune tune is still car and mod specific but IS customized for your individual car on the dyno: (all cars perform differently) This includes a dyno session with 3 runs and air fuel. The tune will be changed on the dyno.

Price: $400, plus $100 per hour, plus $50 dyno charge = $550

We will be tuning and running they dyno from 10-5 on monday and tuesday. We can go later with the permission of franc if necessary.

I will go to your site and get this done the weekend before the CAA event...doesn't matter to me when I get the tune...I can be last for all that matters...just as long as you can get me the 500hp I need, I can wait...lol

 

Just a comment on the tune, I had my n/a tuned at the open house about a month ago and it is amazing on how much better your crossfire will run. My car shifts much better and much more responsive. Well worth the money. Rapp's and Lisa have driven my car since the tune and can't believe how much better it runs to the point they are both planning on getting their crossfires tuned.

 

That time line will work provided we have enough people signed up.

Please sign up so that Jake knows how many to schedule. Keep in mind that there is only 24 hours in the day and so despite his requirement of 10 dyno tunes, they are doing flash tunes as well and with limited personel, and cannot garrantee providing service to anyone who just shows up.

BTW, Now you don't have to do this just because we need 10 tunes to get the dyno here. In all honesty,that is not reason enough.
Do it because your Crossfire will thank and reward you every time you drive it. When Eurocharged is done your car will run the way it should have, could have, but didn't, when it left the factory.

Along with performance increases many have seen fuel economies as well. My case may be unique but I went fom 156 HP at the wheel to 193HP. From 27 MPG to 29 MPG (Highway).

So, if you are driving this far anyway, get it done. You will save money going home and have a blast doing it.

 

Thanks you Franc'y....I will have all my piggy banks empty by then...and maybe have enough left for a hot dog...lol...I'm in...just getting ready to throw the new 240 altered mani's on...if it ever quits raining here...but, I could do it in the garage if I have to...did manage to get the roadster valve covers re-sealed before the rain chased me back into the garage...

As for the tune....Franc is right about what he stated...the dyno, or just a canned tune will set your car's puter to where you will get the best performance...and it will let you know if anything else has been going wrong with your car...the tuners see everything your car is doing...or has done...well worth it if this is a "keeper" car...if you are just driving it for a few yrs then moving on, or dissatisfied to the point you can't wait to get rid of it...then a tune isn't for you....
