Default Recommendation on Spacer

I am in the process of getting new rims and would possibly need spacers for the front. Just wondering if you guys have any recommendation on which type/brand should I go for? I am new with spacer so any information will be greatly appreciated.

NoCones and Andrew. I am wondering if I buy the spacers, do I need to buy new lug bolts to be long enough to fit as well?

I purchased H&R spacers for my last car and was disappointed when they arrived because they were not hub centric. Are the H&R spacers for the crossfire floating or functional? Thanks
