Hmm.. wonder if that was you they were on the phone with in the background .. as they explained we wouldn't get ours on time if they send them back for paint to be 'right" at CarID...

 

Why did you get such a skinny rear tire, or are the new fronts 19" also ?

I am going to drop it so I wanted to make sure I have the clearance under the wheel wells...225-30-19 front and 275-30-20 rear.

SOOO ClOSE!! Just lacking the darn lug nuts....They should just include them.

 

We're still in Limbo with CarID.. they won't accept any responsibility over the registers not being black.. Funny thing.. Nick who we've had the displeasure of dealing with.. never heard of registers himself.. but we should have specified.. DUH.. maybe you should be a wheel technician before ordering through them if you actually want it right? Anyways call in to manager.. guess Visa can decide who's right and who's wrong before this is all said and done.. CarID will then own them.. as Lexani does not and will not cancel an order..

 

Can they send them out to get painted, we had a set of Lexani's sent out and had the face painted white for a dropped F150. came out perfect and is still in perfect shape.

 

They will gladly send them back for paint.. at the tune of another $700 bucks.. I offered to split the cost.. not good enough.. next stop is Visa buyer protection.. we'll see..

 

Way too much...they are crazy! $700 to paint the inserts of the wheels, should be 200 at the most.

 

FINALLY..... But its needs some hubcentric rings

Next up is vented rotors and a clean paint job on the calipers. But that's where the problem starts...what color should I do the calipers? I was going to stick with red.. any thoughts

 

The standard red always looks good but a blue might look good on yours also...
