Wait, this has come up before. I know of one autolock feature:

The car is locked, you use the FOB to unlock it. You then do not open a door.
THe car autolocks in a certain amount of time.
Opening a door is supposed to cancel the autolock.

I have never had a problem with the car locking on me, other than when I did not open the door after unlocking - but frankly, I have a rule: When the car is in the garage at the house, the drivers' door window is always down.
