For those of you who have a broken Ashtray that won’t stay closed here’s a cheap 49¢ fix that makes a permanent repair. Mine recently broke and was planning on installing a replacement, but decided to dive into why they fail. The fix is easy, but getting the ashtray assembly out of the dash is not.
