I think that if there are people out there having 3d printing equipment could make a plastic ring that would fit snuggly in the cup holder. Don't think the foam insert I used is a forever thing. $$ money makingTip! I seldomly, if ever, have a passenger's comfort to worry about. My wife has never ridden in any of my Xfires in the five years I started owning mine. She says "it's ugly and it sits too low to the ground!" She's only 4' - 11" and can't see out the window! LoL. SUITS ME!
