Happy Sunday!

I was at a friend's house yesterday to do maintenance on both of our cars. Jacked up the passenger side rear at the jack pad and while jacking up hear something crack and the two plastic pieces fell to the floor.
Not sure what that is? Is that part of the jack pad? Is this part of the jack? (Jack isn't mind but I didn't see anything that looks like plastic snapped on it).

I probably pumped 3 times and wanted to get car a little bit higher and then I heard that sound and the plastic pieces on the ground.

Unrelated, front jack pad seems loose. Is that just a matter of using a screw driver in the recessed round plug in the middle? It's kind of wobbly and can be moved slightly.
