Default Help me identify this broken off plastic piece

Happy Sunday!

I was at a friend's house yesterday to do maintenance on both of our cars. Jacked up the passenger side rear at the jack pad and while jacking up hear something crack and the two plastic pieces fell to the floor.
Not sure what that is? Is that part of the jack pad? Is this part of the jack? (Jack isn't mind but I didn't see anything that looks like plastic snapped on it).

I probably pumped 3 times and wanted to get car a little bit higher and then I heard that sound and the plastic pieces on the ground.

Unrelated, front jack pad seems loose. Is that just a matter of using a screw driver in the recessed round plug in the middle? It's kind of wobbly and can be moved slightly.

It's not the factory jack pad.

Well I'm not sure if this came off the jack pad...I heard something crack and this wAs on the ground.
I kind of looked around the jack pad but couldn't see where this would come from.
Very weird.

If jack pad has to be replaced where can I get replacements? Do the Mercedes ones fit?
Also, do you guys use the little hockey puck attachments on your jack stand? They are supposed to fit right into the groove of the pad. I'm just wondering if the Crossfire needs a specific one or if the Mercedes one would fit.

Go to the internet and type in Chrysler Crossfire jack pads. They are available. They have a threaded stud to hold them on.

Is that a brand-new jack?

It is not part of the car ... it is from the jack but nothing important ... it is part of the packaging on the jack to keep the pump lever in place while shipping ... I had the same thing on a new jack when I forgot to remove it before use ... all should be good, no worries
