Jacking Car Up

Default Jacking Car Up

Went 2 jack up the front driver side of the car, rolled my floor jack under were the jacking point is, an the pad that is attached 2 the frame is missing, anyone out here know were i can get one, an how it attaches 2 the frame. Thanks 4 any help. Ron.

Here's the part# 5099715AA from Chrysler for the pad. There is a plastic screw that holds the pad on. I don't know if the new pad comes with the screw though.
