This time, I'm having a problem with the turn signal switch located on the left side of the steering wheel. I have to press the stalk up hard for the right turn signal to work.
I've determined the part number is: 5098519AA.
Unfortunately, this new part is unavailable in Poland. I don't want to spend money on a used one, as it might soon have the same problem.
There are several listings for a new one on eBay, but the price is very high.
Therefore, I'd like to ask if anyone knows if it's possible to disassemble this stalk and rebuild it, i.e., clean and bend the internal contacts.
Have any of you ever done something like this in this car?
