Default Hesitation from dead stop

So before I purchase a new MAF sensor, let me explain the circumstances. I started the car up just fine this morning. It warms up quickly in Florida. Took of then every stop sign (6 total) I had hesitation when pressing down on the accelerator. I thought it was going to die but it didn't and I took it home. Ran a code reader on it and got a P0103 code. I took disconnected the maf sensor and housing, sprayed it with maf cleaner and wiped it down. I also sprayed the intake with the proper cleaner and wiped it down. Both were clean as a whistle, including the butterlfy. I cleaned the connectors and put everything back together again. Cleared the code. Took it for a drive and still the same results. My 2005 Chrysler convertible limited (it is NOT an SRT) has almost 31000 miles on it by the way. Any imput is appreciated.
