Hmmm....
I need to look at my belly pan as I have never noticed these slots in either my Limited Coupe or Limited Roadster
If they are there, I have never fitted the pan to them when re-installing it for the past 19 years

@M60A3Driver sent me this photo after my inquiry about these slots
