This isn't working out as I planned. The project was going to be fairly simple; Verify that the engine is good, swap it into the 'nice' car that's is missing an engine, put the best parts in the completed car and sell off and scrap the remaining parts. The guy that I bought the engine-less car from has strung me along with excuses about providing a title. At this point, I'm frustrated and tired of dealing with him. I'm not going to waste any more time and energy on it.
The collision damaged car is driveable, tagged and insured. It's ugly and not really repaired, but I'll improve it enough to have some fun with it. It may end up being a first car for my 14 year old grandson, but I am not going to spend the time and money to make it back into a nice, fully repaired car.
