The ONLY further thing I have noticed is that sometimes, when I withdraw the key from the assembly, I get the chime for the key still being inserted. If I insert the key again and then remove it, something clicks, and the chime stops. I have not explanation for this, and it has never affected the car operation in any way that I can notice. If you just get out and close the door, the chime ceases, so it doesn't really seem to matter much.
This is mostly just an observation, not a problem.
