I had a look a long time ago, but I can't remember where the holes would be, and how visible they would be in normal everyday ingress & egress.
I haven't had time to go to the dealer and see if you can order the panel without the bolster on it.
We are still waiting on pics being posted, AND the factory removal sheet.
