Thinking of trading the xfire in and the dealer I went to today (Chrysler Jeep, Dodge) tells me my car is not a Ltd but a base model with all the Ltd features added to it, according to the vin. If the numbers 65L are in the number it is a base 69L is a limited. Big difference in resale value so i need to get this sorted out...
Someone is bs'ing me. I bought it as a Ltd in May of 2004. Paid the Ltd hefty price tag. Now this dealer says I need to find out if my old dealer added the features to this car to make it look like a Ltd. RIGHT! Hell you can't get any parts now for these things and I'm sure back in may '04 the parts were even more scarce.
Any thoughts?
