It wasn't exactly difficult to install, just time consuming. However, after doing it once, it would be much easier. If you decide to install it, let me know and I can run through the steps with you. If you need pictures of anything I'll post them. I ordered my Motorola IHF-1000 on ebay, brand new sealed package for $184 shipped. I think best buy gets around $400 for it. The wiring harness from Becker was around $20.
