It's very doubtful that a door seal problem would produce that much water inside unless it was on the top near the window. Check the top seal in the back where it meets the car. I'm guessing it's not sealing there and the water is running under the back window area and down behind the seat. Start to put the top down...when the back flips up, stop the top and inspect the seal.
