Default Re: Sebring clones the Crossfire

I also saw the Sebring at the dealership, (Huffine's, Denton, TX) this morning. I dropped the XFire off to have new tires installed. Bought the tires from Tire Rack.

As I sat in the Sebring ($18,000+) I noticed the top of the dash is almost an exact copy of ours, right down to the center spine, leading off the hood. I also noticed it was a cheap material, that was bulking where the passenger side air bag was located. The rest of the interior was "acceptable" but just barely. When will these guys wake up and put the money into the place we live in while driving? The car itself is not a bad intermediate family car, when compared to the other offerings. I would like to see one of the $26,000 Touring Editions with the 3.5LV6 and six speed manumatic, for comparison of materials.

Oh, picked up the XFire after lunch. Everything done, no scratches or chips on the wheels. Nice work...total bill was $43.00 to R & R four tires including mounting and balancing.
