All of the other claims are just that as far as I am concerned. If there is more horsepower, it is not enough to notice. Less emissions - has not been tested. I bought it strictly to help with the voltage fluctuations and it does exactly that. If all the other claims are true, then it's a bonus, but nothing you will know by just installing it and driving...
