I'm glad you don't want the subs under your seat. There's no room for them anyway. I wanted to put a small Alpine amp under the pass. seat. No way!
I have a Panasonic head unit and I put new infinity 6 3/4 speakers in the doors. I use an Alpine MRV-F345 amp (75 watts per ch) to run them. I still have the factory amp running the subs for now. I get a lot more bass than before with this setup. I have already bought an Infinity Kappa 10 inch sub but have not had time to build the box for it yet. It will not take up too much room in the trunk (I hope) lol.
