So while I was in the middle of some drying time for the XF rust repair, I needed a car wash fix, so I took the wife's Excursion. Here are my observations:

1) It takes three times as many quarters and three times as much time to clean an Excursion than the XF.
2) People look at you strange when you spend a lot of time cleaning an Excursion, which is not the case with the XF.
3) It is harder to clean the top of an Excursion than the XF.
4) It is definitely easier to clean the underside of the Excursion than the XF.
5) You do get satisfaction from cleaning the Excursion, just not as much as the XF.
